Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese (3 Ingredients)

This cashew cream cheese is a perfect base to create so many different flavor cream cheeses! It can be enjoyed on toast or a bagel with a sprinkling of everything bagel seasoning or even a drizzle of honey or jelly. This recipe can also be used as a dip for veggies, pretzels or even fruit! With just 3 ingredients, the simplicity of the recipe makes it incredibly versatile and great for anyone!

Possibilities:

This recipe is so versatile that there are so many different flavor cream cheeses:

-Everything: Mix in everything seasoning

-Strawberry: Mix in strawberry jam or mashed strawberries

-Garlic and Herb: mix in 1 clove fresh minced garlic and minced fresh or dried herbs of choice (basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley)

Ingredients:

-1 1/4 cups raw cashews

-1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar

-2 tbsp dairy free milk (I used oat)

-Salt (optional if making a savory cream cheese)
