About me.

Hi there!

I’m Victoria Algeri, a clinical nutritionist and recipe developer. I have a masters degree in clinical nutrition and am working towards the certified nutrition specialist (CNS) certification. I have a passion for food and encourage fun and experimentation in the kitchen! If you think eating healthy is boring, I’m here to flip that idea on its head. In fact, adding strong flavors with lots of herbs, spices, and vegetables will completely transform your dishes while adding TONS of nutrients! Research shows that consuming a wide variety of plants has the power to support your physical AND mental health. My goal is to show you how easy and delicious that can be (think sweet potato brownies and mac & cheese🤤) !

Promoting health is a big part of what I do and I also know that health is not the same for everyone. In my one-on-one counseling calls, I work with individuals to reach personal health goals. For some it may be to support reproductive health and relieve menstrual cramps, for others it may be to heal digestive symptoms, etc. I take a root cause approach by investigating possible nutrient deficiencies, analyzing conventional and functional labs, and recognizing symptom clusters. This approach allows us to relieve symptoms from the bottom up, rather than throwing a band-aid on the problem. At the center of every case is a whole person with one’s own history, culture & food preferences. My goal is to work with these unique differences and not against them! Together, we will come up with a plan that is sure to improve your health in an attainable and sustainable fashion.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you and to help you reach your full health potential!
