Strawberry Milk Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is one of the most nutritious and yummy ways to start your day. The seeds soak up the liquid and turn into a delicious, thick pudding. The strawberry milk gives the pudding a strawberry milkshake feeling.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are called a superfood for good reason. They are high in protein, fiber, omega-3 fats, and antioxidants. Studies suggest that these powerful seeds are shown to reduce risk of heart disease, inflammation and aid in weight loss. Getting two tablespoons of chia seeds in the morning is definitely something you can feel good about.

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan strawberry milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup

Toppings: Nuts, fruit, nut butter 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together chia seeds and strawberry milk

  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight for the seeds to gel

  3. Taste and adjust for sweetness, add toppings and enjoy!
